It is time to demystify finance. We will build your understanding and confidence in finance through self-discovery and peer learning/ sharing information placed in the context of the decisions you will be making every day. We will help you to appreciate how your role as a manager influence and affect the finance of the organisation in which you function. These sessions of focused, practical teaching, develops your fluency in financial terminology, your confidence in talking to those in financial positions, and adds a dynamic finance perspective to your decision-making.

“We were not taught financial literacy in school. It takes a lot of work and time to change your thinking and to become financialy literate" – Robert Kiyosaki , author of best-seller “Rich dad – Poor dad”. Gone are the days that you can afford to trust the accountant to look after your business’ financial health – ignorance might be bliss – but turning a blind eye and trusting blindly might just cause epic failure in your business. Being financially intelligent is critical for your business and career success. You need to be financially smart whether you are a: Business Owner, Entrepreneur, Manager or Executive working in a corporate. It is also important to better understand your financial specialist colleagues, improve your own judgement of financial issues and financial management skills. When everyone in the company is aligned - we can optimise value creation in the entity. When properly empowered, non-financial managers can ask the right questions and draw insightful conclusions from financial information. There is the old saying, if you think education is expensive…try ignorance!”
