When a SAICA training contract is entered into, trainees need to be able to conduct themselves in a certain manner. Being employed in a professional environment means that you need to be able to act professionally and communicate professionally.
This session aims to explain how to conduct yourself in a professional environment.
The objectives of this session is to familiarise first year trainee accountants with their new working environment.
After this session, delegates should understand that their development is their responsibility, and that they should take the necessary steps to ensure they create the full possible benefit out of their training contract.
