Employers are charged with many responsibilities, even that of administrating and facilitating the tax and statutory deductions of their employees. As part of these statutory deductions and contributions, employers are required to consider and account for Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), Skills Development Levies (SDL) and contributions to the Compensation Fund. This course aims to facilitate understanding of these elements and the employer’s responsibilities for them. Please note that while these courses are presented as a series of related matters, they cannot be booked as a bundle and bookings are to be made for each course on its own.
