In every relationship you decide how to respond when another person shares a problem or concern. When someone is talking to you about something deeply distressing or of real concern to him or her, you need the skills to listen and respond in a helpful way. The most important thing to remember is that you cannot solve other people’s problems for them. In this webinar we will take a look at how to listen and respond to ensure that other people will make their own decisions and gain their own insights.
