Cash flow is of vital importance to the health of a business. One saying is: “revenue is vanity, profit is sanity, but cash is reality”. What this means is that whilst it may look better to have large inflows of revenue from sales, the most important focus for a business is cash flow.
The truth is a sale is not a sale until it has been paid.
This course explains the importance of the continual monitoring of your cashflow statement and the need to understand the difference between profit and cash.
Today’s managers need to understand the financial implications of their day to day decisions and the impact they have on the business.
