Inviting all newcomers and existing users of Draftworx.

As auditors it is imprtant that we understand how our audit methodology software integrates with the auditing standards and ensure completeness of audit files.

This one day introduction session aims to take new users through the functionality of Draftworx from beginning to end to explain how we create a file and conduct an audit within the software.

Please note that this session is purely on the functionality of Draftworx, how the documents interact, where certain important information must be documented and how the auditfile is created, and not a detailed session on how to perform an audit in terms of the standards.

• How to create a new client
• What methodologies and frameworks are available and when to use which one
• Importing financial data into Draftworx
• Linking the trial balance
• Completing standing data of client
• Journal entries
• Consolidation procedures
• An overview of the planning documents and the risk assessment process
• Lead sheets and audit programs
• How to import other audit working papers into Draftworx
• How to rename and move working papers around in Draftworx
• An overview of the finalisation working papers
• The audit report

This course will be presented at a basic level and any new users of Draftworx or current users who would like to refresh their knowledge is welcome to attend.
