All taxpayers are anticipating the changes to the financial emigration system with the South African Reserve Bank. Since the announcement in the Budget proposals to phase out this system and work on only tax residency, many have been asking how this will impact their taxes. We are inviting you to join us for an informative session on this matter – free of charge! In this session, we will also briefly cover our new online training platform, Akhanani Training Solutions - our new initiative to bring affordable, quality training content into the comfort of your own time and space. Attendance of the live information session with ProBeta, will also grant you access to one lesson of your choice from the Akhanani platform, free of charge! To make use of this Akhanani offer, all you need to do is register or have an existing user profile on Akhanani, and we will assist you with the rest. The lesson of your choice will also include verifiable CPD (if applicable) as part of the content. This offer will only become available after the live information session with ProBeta Training. Regrettably, no firm bookings are available for this live information session as individuals need to log in themselves to verify attendance.

This information session will cover the anticipated changes in the emigration rules, and how SARS plans on treating residency for tax purposes going forward. We will briefly cover the main requirements for tax residency, as well as the impact on taxpayers already living or working abroad, or planning to do so in future.
