Inviting all newcomers and existing users of Draftworx.

As auditors and accountants it is important that we understand how our engagement methodology software integrates with the standards and ensure completeness of engagement files.

This one day introduction session aims to take new users through the functionality of Draftworx from beginning to end to explain how we create a file and conduct an engagement within the software.

Please note that this session is purely on the functionality of Draftworx, how the documents interact, where certain important information must be documented and how the engagement file is created, and not a detailed session on how to perform any secific engagement in terms of the standards.

By the end of this course delegates will be able to work in Draftworx and use the software with confidence

• The Draftworx home screen and layout
• How to create a new client
• What methodologies and frameworks are available and when to use which one
• Importing financial data into Draftworx
• Linking the trial balance
• Completing standing data of client
• Journal entries
• Consolidation procedures
• An overview of the engagement documents and where they are
• Lead sheets
• How to import other working papers and documents into Draftworx
• How to rename and move working papers around in Draftworx
• Introduction to the financial statements

This course will be presented at a basic level and any new users of Draftworx or current users who would like to refresh their knowledge is welcome to attend.

Delegates must have their own computers with Microsoft office 2016 loaded. Draftworx must be installed and licensed
