As a director, you are responsible for running the company in such a way that promotes the success of the company. This means to deal in good faith, act in the best interest of the company and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
The Companies Act requires that directors perform certain vital duties, and all directors must understand these requirements.
In this session, we will discuss the rights and duties of directors as required by the Companies Act of 2008.
