Calling all SAICA training offices with their intake of new trainees.
SAICA training contracts are both an exciting opportunity for new recruits who are seeking to gain CA / AGA accreditation, as well as, a MAJOR stress point if trainees are not well-informed as to their rights and responsibilities under the training contract / regulations.
The SAICA Trainee Induction course consists of three sessions, and the objective is to journey with trainees through the new CA2025 Competency Framework and Assessment Process, as they look to establish themselves in a new professional work environment.

This session aims to explain how to conduct yourself, as a new professional, in a corporate environment as well as looking at how SAICA has disciplined trainees who have not complied with the SAICA Code of Conduct and SAICA Training Regulations
