This two-day programme is designed to equip directors with the knowledge, judgment, and practical tools required to govern effectively, ethically, and in compliance with Botswana’s regulatory framework.

Directors in Botswana are legally responsible for managing the affairs of the organisation and must act in good faith, with care, skill, and in the best interests of the entity .
