Gillian Peach-Stander obtained her BA Honours (Information Science) in 2004 and her BA (Humanities) degree in 2003 at the University of Johannesburg. She completed a Sales and Marketing diploma through Damelin in 2005. She joined ProBeta Training in 2007 as a Personal Assistant and an accounts assistant. Since 2017, Gillian has been a Soft Skills Facilitator.
