The purpose of this course is to equip trainees with a basic knowledge of the provisions of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 with respect to various issues. These include the incorporation, registration and deregistration of companies, conversion of businesses, directors and board meetings, maintaining of accounting records, compilations, calculation of the Public Interest Score, amongst others .
After attending the course, delegates will have gained a basic understanding on the subject of corporate law below, and must be able to apply the concepts and techniques in simple, uncomplicated situations or environments.
Our ultimate goal is to provide the trainees the necessary training and practical exposure to prove a competency skill level (Competent without supervision) at a basic level for this course.
