This course will be presented in association with Tall Trees Training (Hettie Brittz) and YourEmpoweredPotential (Lynette Berger). Some of the softer and more intangible aspects of corporate life and ethics will be addressed within the course. This promises to be an invaluable opportunity for final year trainees, supervisors and managers to gain knowledge about themselves and of others, how to position themselves as part of a team, how to deal with conflict, cultural diversity, ethical dilemmas, knowledge about communication styles, time management, amongst others. Leading yourself and others not only require a great deal of knowledge, it also requires dedication, efficiency, and effective leadership skills. Leaders today need to know how to run a team properly so that every project runs smoothly. In other words, they need the skills to lead with confidence. As a participant to this course, you will also have the opportunity to engage with the facilitators as you progress through the modules - simply make use of the comment boxes allowed within each of the modules - we would love to hear from you!! 🤩 2. Modules within the course: Complete your Tall Trees Leadership Profile report. In addition, each course module will be presented and discussed with context, examples and practical tools By know you should have received your unique Tall Trees Leadership report - please keep this report handy. Hettie is going to refer to components of this report quite a lot. So grab a pen and take down those golden nuggets! As you progress through the modules, you will be able to download work papers, tools, notes, guides and relevant material. Once you have completed a module, click on 'complete' to unlock the next module. Also look out for some BONUS Content along the way. Yay!! 😎🎁 3. In terms of pacing yourself throughout the course: This course is a self-paced course, meaning you can stop or pause the training at any given time and come back to it right where you left. There is no end-date by which you need to finish the course. However, we do encourage you to dive in and make use of all the exciting and practical resources and tools because this is going to make a HUGE difference not only in your new role as a leader, but in every other aspect of your life! The key is to take action and implement what you have learned right away - with no delay! 4. Online assessment Once you have completed all the modules, you will have the opportunity to complete an online assessment. FIRST ensure that you have completed the course material BEFORE you request and attempt the online assessments. The pass rate required is 80%. Upon successful completion, you will be issued a CPD certificate with your rating. The certificate will be available immediately after successful completion. 5.
