Unmasking: Moving beyond pride and shame towards humility.

How do I overcome pride, shame, fear and hindrances to pursue my passions without burning out?

Work-Along Format
This format is designed to bridge the gap between learning and application, ensuring that the concepts we discuss are immediately put into practice. During the session, I will serve as your dedicated guide, facilitator, and coach, walking you through each step of the process.

How the Work-Along Format Works
*Real-Time Application: As we explore key concepts, you’ll have the opportunity to work on relevant tasks or exercises in real time. This hands-on approach will allow you to directly apply the material, gaining practical experience that reinforces your understanding.

*Guided Support: Throughout the session, I’ll be there to support you, offering insights, answering questions, and providing feedback as you work. This ensures that you’re not only learning the material but also developing the skills needed to implement it confidently.

*Collaborative Environment: You'll be working alongside fellow participants, fostering a sense of community and shared learning. This collaborative environment will encourage the exchange of ideas and best practices, enhancing your overall experience.

Growing ourselves is probably a bit of a misnomer. We are mostly pushed into growth by tough times, challenging people, and situations that force us to dig deeper, get over ourselves, and leave our comfort zone. Growth happens there - beyond the well-known, the easy, and the "I've-got-this."

We can't truly grow ourselves, but we can make a decision to surrender to the growth opportunities put before us!

What do I do if I don't have it, but instead have shame, fear, and uncertainty?

This sessin is all about surrendering to the process, letting go of the shore, and stepping out of the boat. A good starting point is to be honest about our answers to growth-facilitating questions such as:

Where/when /why does my pride show up?
What are the triggers of my shame?
Why is vulnerability/transparency difficult/easy for me?
What are my default fears?
How do fears and my handling of them affect my personal growth/relationships/work?
How courageous am I to risk, explore and experiment?

* Shame is not your name - Truths about shame
* Holding up under pressure - As you face pressure, beware of how you might be tempted to compromise your values ...
* Having a sense of worth
* Solving the problem of pride
* Knowing who you are brings peace in your life!
* The thief of joy
* 5 Steps to becoming kind to yourself: Key concepts and practical tips
