After the recent spate of ethical failures in our profession, the question begs to be answered: “Are we equipping our CA’s sufficiently to deal with ethical dilemmas?” As professionals we are all leaders in our own right and have significant influence over the ethicality of our organisation and our team. This series of ethics webinars provides insights into the concept of Ethical leadership and aims to equip professionals with tools to enhance their moral awareness. In this webinar we will look at the current debate around whose responsibility it is to equip CA’s to deal with ethical dilemmas.
