We will break down the engagement per phase, and the third session looks at the finalisation / completion phase of the audit, including what completion-phase procedures are required and what documents / reports are needed on file.
• Provide a breakdown of what the ISAE 3000 assurance standard and IRBA Guide require for the planning phase of trust account audits
• Explain what procedures are required to complete the engagement
• Identify what documents within the template pertain to finalisation
• Unpack relevant documents, explaining their purpose, how to complete and who needs to complete
• Will briefly consider the Legal Practitioners Annual Statement
