• Assessing: Self-trust (Determining your strengths as well as the areas that you need to grow in, in order to know how trustworthy you are)
• Accepting: Authenticity (Growing in authenticity. Becoming comfortable to show up as ourselves)
  
• Thinking: Thought patterns (Employing helpful thought patterns in order to make good decisions)
  
• Achieving: Goal directedness (Growing in goal setting and achieving to fulfill your dreams or goals)

• To get the MOST out of this group session, it is advisable to bring along your Tall Trees Leadership Report.
• If you have NOT YET purchased a Tall Trees Leadership report, this will be at an additional cost, however if you choose not to invest in the report at this time, it is perfectly OK to attend the group coaching session, to lean into the coversations and explore more.

• She is currently studying towards her (MAPP) Masters degree in the art of Positive Psychology at the NWU.
