This course is designed for delegates to gain an understanding of the Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) introduced in the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and the importance and purpose of this document
After attending this course, delegates will have gained an understanding objective and purpose of the MOI and the role it plays in the governance and the practical operation of companies
